General Terms and Conditions

All Sponsor Agreements are subject to Rockcliffe University Consortium approval and acceptance. All Acceptance of the sponsorship package shall constitute an agreement to provide advertising space as described in the package. By purchasing a sponsorship agreement, the sponsor acknowledges that he/she has read and understood all of the terms contained herein and in the rate card associated to the package.
Cancellations or changes in the sponsorship package are accepted only in writing to Rockcliffe University Consortium, and must be received on or before October 7, 2018 at 5:00 pm PST.

Payment is due and payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice, or September 7, 2018, whichever is sooner. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to accounts past due, beginning 30 days delinquent and charged monthly thereafter.

Refund Policy

All sales are final after 7 days from receipt of funds (not date of purchase). Cancellations received prior to October 7, 2018 will be issued a refund less a 15% withholding for any bank service charges (if any) unless cancelled by Rockcliffe (in which case a full refund will be issued). Refund requests for completed transactions will be issued within 7 days of confirmation of receiving the request. If a credit is issued, funds will only be returned to the originating source account. If the source account is no longer available a Rockcliffe Credit will be issued. Funds will not be mailed or transferred to other accounts or persons other than the original purchaser.
The Sponsor Is Responsible For Providing Artwork to Rockcliffe

Sponsors are responsible for the submission of the advertising copy and materials no later than October 7, 2018 unless otherwise noted in the table below.

Indemnity

The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rockcliffe University Consortium and with whom Rockcliffe University Consortium may have contracted for any and all loss, expense or other liability (including attorney’s fees) arising from any claim of libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, copyright any advertised copy submitted, any advertised copy submitted, infringement, omission, incorrect information or placement and any other claim or suit that may arise out of the publication of printed or published.
